It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

The train station and village square with restaurants and a shop are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The lake and mountains are ideal for various activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, jogging, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc. Winter: I provide my guests with a 2-seater wooden sled, original Schwyzer craftsmanship, free of charge. Spring to fall, ideal for bikers whether lowland or mountain.

After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the fireplace, and cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a dormitory is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. A kitchen is available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Nestled between Säntis massif and the seven Churfirsten peaks, the resorts of Alt St. Johann, Unterwasser and Wildhaus are among the highest-lying municipalities in Toggenburg. Eastern Switzerland's largest winter sports area is just one hour from the airport and Zurich.
