Our bedrooms are spacious, with a light interior, high cabinets with plenty of space, and wonderful beds. From the balcony, you have a view over a beautiful landscape. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, bidet, and toilet. At the pool, there are sun loungers and a large lounge corner with a thatched roof, refrigerator, and WiFi. We will do everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable, with information about what to do in the area, Sardinian traditional festivals, beaches, and archaeological sites.

The house is located in the countryside, just a few minutes from the center of Marrubiu and Terralba. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little further on you will find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza and others, each more beautiful than the last. In 5 minutes you will find the S.S. 131 and you can reach the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the gulf. Arborea and its equestrian center are 15 minutes away.

Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

The house is exclusively available to guests, with the exception of a room, which can be used upon request. The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.
