Small sprinkler staircase between the floors. All kitchen utensils available: coffee maker, hand mixer, kettle, waffle iron, toaster and pretty much everything you need of equipment such as glasses, dishes and serving dishes.

Good bus connections to, among other places, the city center and Lerkendal, as well as the airport bus to Værnes. 25 min walk to the city center, 15 min to Lerkendal. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, where stairs must be used. Therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, as well as an open kitchen and living room solution on the 1st floor. Upstairs with loft, bed and office space. One bed 150 cm width, one 120 cm, plus a double sofa bed.

Welcome to my house! In my basement with private entrance door I offer a cosy studio flat of 35 m2 with a bed for two persons. Coach, small table and TV, bathroom. Here is a kitchen with a fridge, micro, kettle, it’s possible to make cofee/tea. Very close to the old town "Bakklandet" - nice to walk around the area. A lot of nice places to have a drink and dinner.Also very close to the Cathedral. You will love my place because of the location. The flat is nice for couples, friends and business.

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
