This flat is on a main road above a great Thai restaurant, in a fantastic location walking distance from many bars, cafés, shops & Battersea Park, London's only park by the river. Stylish, light-filled home tucked away on a peaceful road, with private garden access to stunning Farnham Park (access via garden gate). Enjoy a 4k circular park walk or stroll into town (7 mins) for great pubs, restaurants & shops. The garden includes a hot tub (optional add-on: £140/wk, min charge applies). Both beds are memory foam (1 king, 1 double). Please note: this is our own home which we vacate for your stay, so we kindly ask you to treat it with care and follow the house rules.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
