A Casa da Bolota deve o seu nome aos carvalhos que a rodeiam. Totalmente independente, possui também uma área de jardim, pertencente exclusivamente à mesma, o que lhe permite usufruir de total privacidade com amigos ou familiares. Integrada numa pequena quinta, na paisagem envolvente impõe-se a natureza e tranqualidade. Possui estacionamento gratuito, lavandaria e piscina(tratada com sal) .
