Casa da Figueira - Moledo

Construída em 2009 com vista a ser um paraíso de férias, a Casa da Figueira respira descanso e paz. Este T2 com duas casas de banho completas situa-se na melhor zona que Moledo tem para oferecer, a escassos metros da praia, enquanto proporciona o silêncio e calma que só 300 m2 de jardim podem trazer. De arquitectura moderna, toda a casa se volta para a frente verde, composta por um amplo espaço relvado com áreas de descanso e um significativo número de árvores de fruto.

A Casa da Bolota deve o seu nome aos carvalhos que a rodeiam. Totalmente independente, possui também uma área de jardim, pertencente exclusivamente à mesma, o que lhe permite usufruir de total privacidade com amigos ou familiares. Na paisagem envolvente, impõem-se a natureza e tranquilidade. Integrada numa pequena quinta com jardim e árvores de fruto, com estacionamento gratuito e piscina(tratada com sal), que eventualmente pode ser partilhada com outros hóspedes.

The accommodation is made up of 4 modules, with a total of 9 units (6 T0 and 3 T1). The Twin Lodge is a T0, ideal for 1 or 2 people, offering two single beds and a full bathroom. It also features a balcony with a lovely view of the garden, perfect for reading. Guests can access a shared social area with a multiuse room with a table, a bathroom, and an outdoor deck with a pool view. Pets (dog) allowed exceptionally, with request and extra fee.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
