The open-plan 50 m² apartment is located in the attic of our old farmhouse and was newly built by 2017. The old roof beams, clay plaster walls and furniture provide a cozy rustic flair. Four large skylights illuminate the former dovecote and offer beautiful views of the Deister-Sünteltal. The latest technology, such as 2 induction cooktops, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and much more, is included. The separate daylight bathroom offers a large bathtub with shower zone, as well as a washing machine.

Calm and cosy level-access bedsitter apartment with shower bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster... Supermarket across the road, an ice cream cafe, a pub and a doner kebab shop next door, <100 m to pizzeria, bakery, coiffeur/barber, chemistry. 10 minutes by car to Werrepark, Bad Oeynhausen, various clinics, Aquafun etc. Nice countryside, river Werre within walking distance, river Weser at approx. 5 km, bicycles available for rent.

Cozy in-law for 3-4 people

**Bright in-law overlooking nature** Our bright in-law apartment on the 1st floor located on meadows and fields can accommodate 3-4 people (+baby on request). It includes a bedroom with king size box spring bed, a living room with TV, sofa and extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower, as well as DVD player and board games create a feel-good atmosphere. Washing machine in separate room. Bed linen and towels included. The spacious, stylish apartment is located in the green south and offers a nice starting point to explore the Weserbergland. Bikes/motorcycles/car can be accommodated in the garage. 10 minutes' walk you need to walk to the old town. Renovated and well-equipped, the apartment offers one/two bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked or arrangement!!!), kitchen with dining area, living room and balcony. TV only via free online media library or own accounts (Netflix/Amazon/etc).

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Welcome to La Vista - a modern 65 m² apartment with fantastic views and a quiet location. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!

Beautiful 147 m2 loft in the commercial building of the former Lippische Tonwarenfabrik from 1896 in the middle of the nature reserve. Plenty of space, light and views. Magnificent sunsets, fresh air and untouched nature. Our loft welcomes 2 people + 1 toddler up to 3 years old. A folding bed can be added on request.
