The house is fully equipped, well laid out and attractive, and is just a 10-minute bus or tram ride from the town centre! Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, concert at Ullevi, Gothia Cup, or just simply touristy! Walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen. It's all at a convenient distance!

When the sun comes out, you can enjoy the best southern exposure and set the table on the terrace. Parking is easily accessible on the street. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. If a third bed is needed, this can be arranged with a large air mattress in the study.

Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
