Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. When the sun comes out, you can enjoy the best southern exposure and set the table on the terrace. Parking is easily accessible on the street. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. If a third bed is needed, this can be arranged with a large air mattress in the study.
