Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The apartment has a bathroom, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is included and there is also access to a washing machine & dryer. The accommodation is perfect for those on temporary assignments, weekly commuters or holidays, with proximity to both Gothenburg and Mölndal. The apartment also has a nice patio and an orangery.

When the sun comes out, you can enjoy the best southern exposure and set the table on the terrace. Parking is easily accessible on the street. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. If a third bed is needed, this can be arranged with a large air mattress in the study.
