The apartment is furnished with a double bed (180X200 cm), sofa, dining table, etc. The kitchen is equipped with pots/plates, etc. like a holiday apartment. The apartment is close to shopping and with good bus connections, there are 250 meters to the nearest stop. 4A and 11 often go into town. Free parking on the road.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
