On the 1st floor, a hall serving 2 suites with shower room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor, a room overlooking the rooftop terrace (not accessible to tenants). Large through, recent home located in a quiet area. A corner of greenery 5 minutes by car from the airport, beach, city center and tourist area. The main road to take a taxi/ rent is a 3 minute walk. Security cameras at the parking lot and main entrance to the accommodation.⚠️ familiar/married couples/unauthorized alcohol.
