Holiday rentals in Monastir Governorate

Me and my family have stayed in the property for a couple of days. The house is big and spacious and everyone had his corner. Beautiful balcony and premises. Only thing is: the beach is not in the walking distance. We had no problem to reach it with a car! The host was very professional and friendly. Stefania was very responsive and asked about our convenience and stay frequently : ) would definitely recommend it!

Ich hatte einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Urlaubswohnung! Die Lage war ideal – in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und dennoch ruhig und entspannt. Die Wohnung selbst war äußerst sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail: Es waren kleine Extras vorhanden, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten, und man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben wirklich dafür gesorgt, dass es an nichts fehlte. Ich kann diese Wohnung jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Stil und exzellenter Lage sucht. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung – ich komme definitiv Mfg M.A

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Unser Gastgeber Mohamed war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos auch außerhalb des angegebenen Zeitfensters möglich (da keine anderen Gäste). Den Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir fast immer für uns alleine. Auch die Security hat uns stets weitergeholfen und war sehr nett. Wir können einen Aufenthalt als Gruppe sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk (4. Etg. inkl. Fahrstuhl) auf der Süd-/Westseite und hat ein riesigen Balkon mit toller Aussicht bis hin zum Meer. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig mit angegliederter, offener Küche. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine geräumige Sitzecke mit Schlafcouch ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. eines Backofens. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, separates Bad mit Dusche/Toilette. Zum Wohn-/Küchenbereich gibt es ein weiteres Bad mit Badewann/Toilette. Im Wohnzimmer sowie Schalfzimmer befindet sich je eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt sogar in allen Räumen eine separate Heizung (Etagenheizung mit Warmwasser). Das Bett ist groß und ich habe super geschlafen. Sämtliche Fenster inkl. Balkonzugang lassen sich elektrisch verdunkeln. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet private Parkplätze direkt vor und auch neben dem Gebäude. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen ist phänomenal! - Klare Empfehlung für alle! (*****)

La villa a été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Personnellement , nous étions plusieurs membres d'une même famille à y séjourner , il y avait donc assez de couchages pour chacun , des chambres et pièces immenses . La cuisine équipée est très grande et magnifique . la piscine et le jardin très bien entretenu et surtout endroit paisible où il fait bon se reposer ; Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine en cette saison !!! Hamdouch a été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide précieuse ! Toujours à l'écoute et disponible !!! Nous espérons renouveler l'expérience dés que possible car nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire ! Les tunisiens sont d'une bienveillance et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle !!!

The apartment was lovely, we had everything we needed.The bathroom was clean and the shower was really nice, the kitchen was clean and tidy, we had dishes and pots and pans, built in fridge freezer, build in washing machine, the only thing that I would be nice to have was a kettle! there was a Electric oven and gas hob, the living room was a good size with a lovely sofa bed, it had a good size tv that we could watch netflix and YouTube with the hosts I'd, all the bedrooms were a good size and the double bedroom had a tv too, the balcony was a good size, all the rooms have a air con,The apartment had central heating too. I would definitely be coming back here again but I would say if anyone wants to enjoy the pools then come here after April, also never come to tunisia in ramadan as everything closes at 5pm, The host was available whenever we messaged him and the representatives was available till 4.30pm at the reception everyday this is a very quite area with parking in the basement
