Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Our 15 m2 studio welcomes you in a beautiful Haussmannian building in the 17th arrondissement. You will appreciate it for its cozy side, its brightness, the small balcony with spectacular views. The studio is on the 7th floor, no elevator. We ask you to provide appropriate suitcases. Transportation, shops and parks nearby. The Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées 15-20 min walk/metro. Equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa bed (quick bed), bathroom and toilet (sink, shower and toilet).

In the surroundings you have supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, market... From CDG airport the taxi journey is about 30 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe-Etoile is 1 minute subway or 5 minutes walk. Your arrival is autonomous, the lock of the apartment is connected which allows to open with a code.
