Our house is on the ground floor of a villa with a separate entrance, parking space and private garden. It has a comfortable terrace where you can eat and spend time relaxing. Inside there is a living area, kitchen (complete with dishes and utensils), bathroom and bedroom. Thanks to its 2 entrances, you can reach the house by parking in the internal area and use the other exit to go to the heart of Mondello and the sea, which is only 200 meters away!

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
