Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

Inside there is a living area, kitchen (complete with dishes and utensils), bathroom and bedroom. Thanks to its 2 entrances you can reach the house by parking in the internal area and use the other exit to go to the heart of Mondello and the sea that is only 200 meters away!
