A soli 400 metri dalla spiaggia di Mondello, con ingresso privato, avrete a disposizione una zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto, un bagno con doccia e soprattutto uno spazio esterno dove potervi rilassare al profumo di gelsomino.

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
