The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Old Sea Urchin Stable

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

For history lovers, we recommend visiting the Gorizia museums, the Great War sites such as San Michele, Sabotino and Caporetto mountains. We are close to the Slovenian border where you can spend hours of leisure and relaxation in the two casinos located in Nova Gorica. For wine lovers, we are close to the best-known producers in the area.

VILLA IRENA Charming Gem Located In Vipava Valley

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
