The duplex was perfect: full kitchen, incredible pressure shower, good region, friendly and attentive host, the building's beach service gave the final touch!

Second time in the apartment. Experience was great, we were in a family and everyone loved the place. Apt clean, organized and well space, the same presented in the photos. The location is great too! Very nice place and Adriana is very attentive and polite. I'll be back for sure.

Luiz is an extremely kind person as well as all the members and staff of Caravelle 3, from the beach service to the cleaning of the building!!! The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! I highly recommend and we will be back soon!!!

My words will be few to describe what we live , Cristiane one, another exceptional host, we answered with an unusual accuracy, and very clear in the accommodations and their respective guidelines according to the progress of the condominium.Qto to the apto , I only have to thank for so much comfort and organization, as it was thought of in every detail of a house as if it were ours, of such comfort I was interested in acquiring a property in the msm condominium, it does not leave to be desired to any hotel at the top, and no accommodations outside of Brazil, I always recommend and we will return with the greatest pleasure, thanks a lot to Cristiane and his collaborators who welcomed us very well thank you.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. I loved staying in Lorenzo's apartment, I felt at home, I was surprised to get there because it is better than the pictures, extremely clean and organized. Lorenzo left us very much at ease, and always available to clarify the doubts. The condominium is beautiful, a wonderful pool is just not heated, it's just across the street and we are on the beach. I'm definitely back in town.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure

We loved our stay at Lissa’s place. Easy walking to the beach (just cross a street), has stores and restaurants near by. The condominium is great with and impressive and very nice/friendly people working there. The apartment has an external area in front of the pool, excellent in our perspective (we could see the pool and enjoy also the cozy night lights from the internal space during the night). Good to have 02 bathrooms.

Beautiful apartment, very structured and with comfortable accommodations, good condominium with swimming pools, game rooms, excellent location, quiet beach, great for families with children. I'll be back soon.
