J House is a rural house type accommodation completed in September 2023. This is a house built by us with the highest specifications from design to materials. 🏡Our J House is divided into the main building and the separate building. The main house is 53 pyeong and the separate house is 12 pyeong. There is a space in the separate building where you can grill meat. 🌳The yard is planted with golden grass and is beautiful with maple trees and flowers. Also, J House has a yard. 🐈 Siamese cats live. 🏞️Just ten meters in front of the accommodation, there is the famous Baekhwasan Mountain Trail in Taean. If you climb for 10-15 minutes, you can see the beautiful sea view from the mountain. 🚘5 minutes by car, there is Taean Market and downtown 🌅There are beaches and fish markets such as Mongsanpo and Manripopo, etc., about 10-15 minutes by car from the accommodation. You can eat red sunset and delicious sashimi. 🏡 Due to the nature of rural housing, insects may appear. We are regularly quarantining. In case of insects, please use the provided medicine.

This is a two-story rural house on a hill right in front of the beach. The first floor where you will stay has a private entrance, so you can use the entire first floor (26 pyeong) as an independent space, and the host couple lives on the second floor. Although it is the West Sea, it is east-facing, so you can see the sunrise right in the house in the morning, and there is an arboretum nearby and a sea cave at Padori Beach, so you can enjoy various different atmospheres. However, since it is not a lodging village but a quiet fishing village, we would like to invite guests who want to have a healing trip in nature. We're sorry, but if you're planning a noisy group trip, we kindly recommend other professional accommodation complexes. There are also three gentle dogs living on the second floor, so if you want to spend time with the dog, please let us know in advance and we will provide a healing time with the dog. Yul's house is structured so that a team has exclusive use of the entire first floor. There are a total of 3 rooms available: a family room (spacious living room + bedroom) and 2 studio-type rooms. Therefore, even if a large family or several families come together, they can enjoy spending time together during the day and relax comfortably in their own space at night. There is a queen-size bed in the family room and a double-size bed in the studio room. The remaining studio-type rooms are equipped with low-profile beds: one single and one double. In addition, we provide blankets and pillows so that you can sleep in the living room as well. Finally, all rooms are equipped with a bathroom, a fridge, a TV and air conditioning, so you can feel at home even when you are staying with a large family or for a long period.

When checking out, it is a condition of simple arrangement, separate collection, and disposal at a designated garbage place. We only share it with one team a week. Located 3 minutes by car from Yeonpo Beach, it is good for taking a walk and packing natural seafood at Chaeokpo Port within walking distance. The host stays for about 1-2 days a week, so there is a sense of use, so we start at a lower price than other private houses. The host is in Seoul during your stay, so we'll adjust your check-in/out time as much as possible to make your trip comfortable.
