It is located in a very friendly neighborhood without noise. The cottage is located in Wartowo near Kołczewo. It is about 2 km to the sea and the lake (Wisełka). The fenced garden and the approx. 40 m² living area are perfect for single people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. In the evening, grill together on the stone grill and eat together on the large half-roofed terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandbox for the little ones. The settlement on the Kiessee is a few minutes away from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

Welcome to our charming bungalow-style vacation home. The modern apartment offers a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms. The 1st Room sleeps 4. There is another bedroom with a double bed. Storage space for your belongings is also available. Outside, you will find a heated pool from May to September and a terrace with seating area. Parking is right in front of the house. This is a place of rest.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. The cabinet bed is a small double bed with dimensions of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
