Oak Cottage - an inclusive peaceful haven

A very central yet peaceful apartment offering gracious rooms. Although this is part of our home, when guests come they have exclusive use of these rooms originally set apart as my mother’s annex. The large lounge has comfortable furniture and opens to a small kitchen with room to dine. The two bedrooms have bathrooms - upstairs bedroom has limited headroom and the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Sunroom opens to a shared pool May to Sept and has two sofa beds. A private terrace to the rear

Set within 140 acres of Trealy Farm - a very special place set on a hillside with stunning views to the Black Mountains. Secluded, peaceful and full of wild beauty yet easy access from major roads. To preserve the peacefulness and for H & S reasons Trealy is an adult only space.

Set along a small country lane 1,000 feet above sea level, the cottage has breathtaking views and makes a wonderful base for spotting buzzards and red kites. Climbers, walkers and mountain bikers will have plenty to explore. There are numerous walks from the cottage, with the summit of Sugar Loaf offering panoramic views over the Cotswolds, the Brecon Beacons and the Bristol Channel. The thriving town of Abergavenny (4 miles) has a fantastic range of great pubs, restaurants, and cafes.

Luxury Family Cottage near Abergavenny

WINNER of Best Self-Catering Property in Wales 2025. This beautiful cottage is super cosy with underfloor heating and wood burning stove. It has its own private garden and the benefit of using our communal grounds with a natural Swimming Pool, sauna and greenhouse/comservatory. The farm is set in 30 acres of organic fields with hedgerows teaming with wildflowers and wildlife. It is a short steep walk through the fields to reach the top of the Skirrid mountain via our private route.

2 Bedroom Cottage and 1 Bed Bothy

A delightful two bedroom cottage and one bed bothy detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
