Brian explained everything well when we arrived. It's a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay. I would go back! He also told us where to find things in Nashville. It would be nice to spend a month there!

Great spot ideally close to IU sporting arenas. Host was fantastic…responded quickly and addressed all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and cozy home. Loved being able to use the hot tub and pool table. Having the lake in the back was an added bonus. Less than 2 miles from downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay! Cool, unique, creative space with a large private deck. The location with off-street parking is convenient and easily walkable to town, campus, and whatever you may need. The hosts are flexible and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming people and place.

I'm digging hard to find something negative and I get nowhere. Excellent does come to mind. She was professional, quick to respond to any request or question. Everything was perfect. There were a few staples in fridge and on shelf in case you come in late. The steps are a little ruff but not a concern for normal mobility people. I recommend this place highly.

Cindy’s place is spacious and clean, in a beautiful rural setting. It’s a very easy drive to IU campus. All communications are clear and prompt. Her boys are both very polite and helpful. It’s an amazing family! We had a wonderful short stay at Cindy’s place for our IU visit.

A group of 6 friends/family enjoyed the 2024 Solar Eclipse here. The location was peaceful and the setting was beautiful 5 adults and 1 child had plenty of space to spend time together (or apart) for the 2 days/nights we were there. The hosts were very friendly and available when needed. It was perfect for what we needed!

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

Great place to stay in the area. Close to both Bloomington and Nashville. The Butler winery is less than a mile down the road and the Port Hole Inn restaurant and bar is just down the hill. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Of the places I’ve stayed, this was the absolute best. It was so homey, so Bloomington, so restful and 100% what you need if you are crashing after a long day at a conference. It’s walkable, safe, and easy quiet. There are chickens downstairs which I thought were amazing! The space itself had literally everything you could think of - if you forgot something, don’t worry, because seriously, they have you covered. Thank you so much for allowing me to share your space! It was so restful and I really enjoyed my stay.

Roni is an incredible host. Her place is super clean and it has very homey decoration. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was staying with a family member. She was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating to all questions and requests I had. If I felt like being quiet and just being on my own, she respected this need, and on the days that I felt more talkative, I discovered that she is very friendly and a wonderful communicator. We had very insightful conversations, and I plan to stay in touch with her. I would totally recommend Roni's place.

Emily’s place worked out perfectly for our weekend visit at IU. Nice space in the lower level of her townhome. Clean and very cozy and it was nice having a separate bedroom and sitting/tv area with a comfy couch. You have the whole basement of the townhouse with a full bath and laundry. Everything was great and Emily was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The pictures and description were spot on! The Sweet Suite was the best equipped airbnb/vrbo I've ever stayed in and the unit was bigger than I expected! It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood, while being minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I would definitely stay again on a future visit.
