Morgan and Maria's place was perfect for our trip. The location is extremely walkable, which made it easy and fun to get dinner and breakfast. The apartment is spacious, and the bedding is fresh and clean. Maria was a responsive host. I'd recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience a fun trip to Rochester.

This was the perfect place to spend a couple nights while visiting our daughter in Rochester. It’s located in an interesting neighborhood with plenty of things to do nearby and fun venues for food and drink. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and addressed. We were able to brew coffee and throw in a load of laundry. Everything we needed was there. Josh was immediately responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great weekend stay at Jennifer‘s place. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Jennifer was super prompt in her communications with instructions as well as responses to questions that we had. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and cafés in easy walking distance along with a wonderful food co-op. Would definitely come back again.

Carlean was communicative and helpful and her place was a great place to stay - clean and quiet - and very convenient for our visit. We were nervous traveling with our 4 mo. old for the first time and all was good!

The place was simple, clean, comfortable and cozy. Perfect size for one or a couple to enjoy downtown Rochester.

We had a a wonderful stay at The Regent. The property is exactly as described and is located a few short blocks off park Ave! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are super comfortable! There was parking for two vehicles which was excellent as our college aged kid was able to come and visit without worrying about street parking! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rochester!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was everything we hoped for and more! Cheryl was very flexible, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs with places to eat, coffee, and explore. The place was clean and had all amenities you need to make dinners and relax with the family. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

We had a great week's stay at this lovely 'Retreat' - right in the heart of Rochester! Cozy home with a comfortable bed, wonderfully well-equipped kitchen, great shower, good WiFi and free parking! This property was in a great location; we were in Rochester for a week with a show playing at the Auditorium Theatre, which was easily walkable! Also walkable are the area's museums, School of Arts and other area theaters. Hosts were quite attentive and proactive. We would certainly choose to stay here again, if in the area! Great host. Great place. Great location. Near old town Brockport, which has some pubs on food on Main Street. Safe area and big grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away. Good stay as usual.

The apartment was just as listed - private entrance and access (despite one review saying it wasn’t - it was completely separate from the other apartment); comfortable beds and nice linens; very responsive host; parking easy; worth the price and would stay again. We would also recommend the place to friends and family. Five stars.

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I had a wonderful stay at Penny’s place! Penny was incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew how to work each amenity and was always available if we had any question or doubt. The place was clean and welcoming which always made us feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day of exploring the Rochester area.

Perfect place to visit my U of R college student. Got to walk to see famous gravesites and the space was really charming.

What a pleasant 3-day stay at this apartment! This place is very well maintained! Clean, really clean! Cozy and tastefully furnished, super comfortable bed, abundant natural light, and our fave spot: the kitchen nook, encircled by awesome sunny windows you can catch the shimmering streak of Genesee river through. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for cooking and provides nice quality serveware for an elegant table setup - we had a delightful Easter breakfast served :) House location is great, central and at a walking distance from URochester campus, the area is quiet and upscale. Thank you Michael and Laura! This is going to be our home away from home if we visit Rochester again!

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and Penney made everything easy! She always responded to any questions or any messages that I sent her at any hour. She was always friendly and pleasant to talk to. She had lots of toiletries and towels available, microwave, fridge, stove, the whole package! The place was clean and spotless when I arrived and stayed that way throughout my stay :) If I ever visit Rochester again I'm definitely staying here. Thank you very much for making my first AirBnb experience great. It was a pleasure :)

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
