Looking for a quiet mountain lake retreat? Look no further. We booked for Christmas and had the best time. It snowed 6 inches upon arrival! Sunsets were stunning on the lake. The house is large enough for a big family and we loved the open plan kitchen and living room. The soaring stone fireplace made it super cozy. Even the teenagers wanted to hang out! Really comfortable couches and large family dining was so enjoyable for our holiday dinner. Kent made sure of everything you would need to spend time here. Not to mention the wildlife on the lakefront which was so nice to watch from the big windows. I felt very much at home and am already looking forward to rebooking for summertime. Thanks Kent!

We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Long Pond! The house was beautifully updated, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group—two kids under 10, and four adults (parents and grandparents). The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view with a small private beach and access to paddle boats, kayaks, canoe, and a dock—perfect for both quiet mornings and family fun. The backyard was incredibly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful foliage that made it feel like a private retreat. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like the shed stocked with life vests and beach toys, as well as the outdoor fire stove. Inside, the game room was a hit—especially the Nintendo 64 and air hockey table, which kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better spring break getaway. I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. We stayed for a getaway with our dog. The house was great and had everything needed for a great stay! The lake and surrounding area is very accessible and provided a relaxing peaceful vacation. We loved sitting by the water or hanging outside on the deck. Christine is a great host and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here

Had a wonderful stay! The property is right across from the lake and the view was breathtaking! Great location to visit many of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. One of the must haves for our trip was access to a golf cart and Mamta made sure it was on the property, ready for us when we arrived. Peaceful, relaxing, Pocono, retreat!

Kevin was an incredible host! He answered all of our questions promptly and was extremely flexible with anything we needed. The house was also very clean and amazing for a big group of 11 people. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition. When we went the private beach wasn’t open yet, but even that looked like so much fun. We’ll be back to experience the beach and lake when it’s warmer!

Had a little weekend getaway celebrating my fiancés birthday. The place is situated in a private, secured neighborhood (you’re given a visitor’s pass that will suffice for the duration of your trip). We chose this place to fish the lake and avoid having to drive to a nearby location, but we were unfortunately unable to hook into anything — we were told there were several species of fish residing there, though. We visited an alpaca farm 15 minutes away, was able to find very good wings and a great dinner spot, fed some deer, and enjoyed the quiet! This house is a very basic, nothing extravagant type of vibe but it suited its purpose for the weekend we were there. Stocked with coffee, board games, tvs in every room, a fire pit, boats (when available), utensils and kitchenware, AC/Heated, and several beds. Overall, I would recommend. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful, as well! Shoutout to them for all the information and patience!

Great place! Perfect for our family reunion. Would love to go back on another season and enjoy the pond. But it was a beautiful winter spot

No nonsence house with tranquil immediate surrounding and close proximity to ski slops. Great for couple of days of mountain ski trip.

This lake house was so beautiful, so clean, so well stocked. The kitchen was definitely the best stocked kitchen of any STR I've visited. Having access to kayaks and paddleboards and being right on the lake was an incredible amenity. We look forward to coming back!

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped place! we had peaceful family time kayaking, enjoying the view of the water, and it was also cool enough to enjoy the sauna! Great wifi to also do some work calls as well. Kitchen and grills well equipped for simple enjoyable family cooking and meals. The projector TV was great for family movie night. Fire pit was beautiful for s'mores. Bathrooms w great hot water/water pressure. Beds comfortable! We would love to return. We were very happy at the home and thus we did not try any community amenities. Hosts were responsive!

We had a great stay at Jerry’s lake house with our 2 young boys and my parents. The house was a great setup for a family; my kids were especially excited about the toys! It was an easy walk to the lake and very peaceful location. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was a little small for 2 adults but we just moved one of us into the bunk bed room and had plenty of space.

We had a great stay at this lake house for a family vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the local grocery stores had everything we needed for the weekend — including s’mores supplies. The “gaming garage” was a big hit with the kids (all teenagers). The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The location is great, the community amenities were fun, and the house itself is so cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace, smore kit, games, snuggle blankets the house provided. The backyard was so beautiful covered in fresh snow, even though we couldn’t use the boat on the lake, the view was breathtaking and the kids had fun playing in the snow in the backyard! Highly highly recommend!

We had my friends bachlorette getaway weekend at this airbnb! There was plenty of space for us to hang out in the living room and eat meals all together. What an amazing stay!
