Tile floors through out, a coat closet, a kitchenette with a stove and microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a refrigerator, dining bar counter with 2 chairs, TV cabinet, a small sofa and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a sink vanity, a toilet and a shower. TV with free wifi streaming services, local channels, no cable, a ceiling fan, AC/heating system.

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.
