We love Allen house! So clean and beautiful. The community is so peaceful, and safe, we thought to ourself "wow such positive vibe feeling while sipping our coffee outside the porch". We recommend Allen House for your kids to freely walk and play within a safe environment setting. We will rented again if the opportunity present itself.

I congratulate Mrs. Annie for such a wonderful house, I loved how organized and how much information there was about the house and the environment. The house is very comfortable, spacious and above all beautiful. The place is super central to the town of Bonao, thanks to Samuel who was the person who welcomed us and gave us immediate attention. I recommend the house 10/10.

excellent villa. despite some mishaps that came out of the host's hands, he was always attentive eh iso everything possible to make my stay the best. the place is amazing and super comfortable. the social area is quite spacious with different things to do; like billiards and domino tables. But the pool is the best part of all. i look forward to returning soon.

Danneris was great , she’s let me renting late we did have a emergency and she was so good to us and very kids friendly house I loved I do recommend these place I will renting again !!!

Excellent accommodation

Staying at this penthouse in Santiago was an incredible experience. The location is ideal—surrounded by vibrant neighborhoods, great local restaurants, and within easy reach of some of the city’s most interesting historical sites. It was the perfect base for exploring everything Santiago has to offer. The penthouse itself was clean, modern, and had amazing views. It felt like a peaceful retreat above the city. Everything we needed was right there, and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable space after a day of sightseeing. What really made the stay special was the host. The owner was super communicative, always quick to respond, and gave us the best local recommendations—from food spots to cultural must-sees. It felt like we had our own personal guide to the city. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Santiago. It’s the full package: location, comfort, and a host who genuinely cares about your experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. Their prompt communication and thoughtful touches really made a difference and created a truly comfortable experience. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The gym was an added bonus. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming stay.

Nestor was an excellent host, very attentive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of having the apartment stocked with snacks and ice, which made the stay even more convenient and welcoming. A couple of things that could be improved: the main room’s AC was a bit underpowered given the size of the space. Fortunately, I didn’t have many guests and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle bedroom. Additionally, the hot water system was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.

Immaculate and the easily-accessible rooftop terrace incredible! Rosa was kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t rent a car, so I’ll share the experience. It’s ~1.5km from the town center, an ok walk in the morning/evening when cooler—I walked it several times. While the Uber app was functional, there were no drivers. I messaged several taxis on Whats App and Jaroly was clear and responsive, in Spanish. Baiguate falls is a surprisingly scenic walk from the unit along a mostly-rural road, pleasant in the morning. Took me ~35 minutes, and at 8:30am, I was the only one there! Jimenoa falls are ~5.8km away. While I considered walking, recent Google reviews said the entrance I planned to use was closed due to a landslide. Near the Airbnb are colmados (corner stores) and a small supermarket where you can pick up breakfast supplies to make in the unit. Only criticism is it’s located along a busy road with street noise. Quiets down at night but bring earplugs.
