The “Casa do Feitor” is a part of an old house in Quinta do Vilar, located in the Douro Valley. You'll be surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable gardens. There are farm animals and a mediterranean forest with oak, cork oak and arbutus trees. This is an eco-system which we look after with the utter most love and respect. It's our mission to honour, regenerate and preserve this system by respecting its identity including all the elements which take part in it.

As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to four people +2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to two people.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa do Miradouro is part of a group of houses inserted in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, located in Barqueiros, in the Douro Demarcated Region. The independent house is located on the second floor of the Main House, with two flights of stairs and has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette with a pantry, a television, Wi-Fi and a full bathroom.
