We recommend this apartment near Geoffroy Guichard Stadium, we are football lovers and have really enjoyed this proximity. In addition, you can park your vehicle in a closed garage. As for the couple we met, it is the embodied kindness and the qualifiers of kindness, attention and helpfulness are not excessive. We came to see our nephews who are settled in Vertolaye and will be sure to come back as soon as the opportunity arises.

Weekend in the countryside with friends. The house and grounds are beautiful. In the middle of nature to be able to simply enjoy life. The house is very well-equipped and the sleeping arrangements are comfortable.

Charles' house is a real haven of peace, the interior is cozy, warm, filled with beautiful objects. The only tiny negative point if I have to note one, is the absence of darkness in the rooms because there are no shutters and even if the curtains are quite blackout, they may not be enough for some people. But it's really a detail next to the high-end service offered by the host. This house is a real favorite, everything is beautiful, it feels perfectly good. And to top it all off, Charles is extremely responsive and even proactive, flexible and very friendly. I hope to stay in this beautiful place again!

We rented the accommodation for 5 families with children and infants for a long weekend. The estate is splendid, everything is spacious, perfectly suited to a large group. The exteriors are amazing, playground, large table with barbecue, a pond where we were able to fish! The owners are available, welcoming and concerned that everything goes smoothly for their visitors! A safety gate for the stairs in the house would have been a little extra. We recommend and will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely two nights in this spacious and comfortable place:) We especially enjoyed: -the large kitchen open to a bright and friendly living room, -the comfort of the sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing, - Convenient on-site amenities (washing machine, dishwasher), - Private parking, downstairs from the building - proximity to the city center within walking distance as well as public transport, not to mention the proximity to the mine museum. A few things to do: -Some cleaning details to perfect (dust on the TV cabinet, slightly greasy pots and pans), - the absence of some cooking essentials: there was only salt and frying oil; a few basic condiments (pepper, aromatic herbs...) would be a real plus to cook easily. Overall we had a very relaxing stay. If we come back to Saint-Étienne, we'll be happy to come back! Thank you very much!
