We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

The housekeeper was super attentive, helped us whenever we need and even accompanied us on the boat ride — it was amazing! We enjoyed a lot, even with not so favorable time to enjoy the water. Thanks for the Tour Tip, it was well worth it and it was really nice.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

Our stay at Chácara Yporam was very good. Very kind host and the homemaker also kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and equipped. A very cozy place for a couple. All very clean and organized. The site is very close to the center of Monte Verde and you can walk and enjoy the scenery. The host has always given us a lot of attention. It's definitely a location that I recommend and would come back more often!

We spent a wonderful extended holiday, the extremely cozy place that made us feel at home, with many activities to do, games, all extremely organized and with clear instructions. We were really surprised by the space, organization and contact with nature, not to mention all the service from the hostess to the concierge Chiquinho who received us in a very kind way.

I and my family loved to have stayed in the house. Estadia was quiet, house utensils are complete and everything was working perfectly. Very well located with two supermarkets across the street. Winston was always available when we had doubts. If you have a chance, I would come back again. Note: Take care when climbing the entrance ramp if the vehicle is low, you can hit the rear depending on the weight the car is.

I can only recommend the quitutes and cheese prepared by Valkyrie — simply delicious! All made with a lot of whim and flavor, it is very worth a try.
