Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The Ilda villa is located in the ancient village of Capoliveri. It overlooks the sea and has a porch under which you can eat and watch the sunset over the Stella Gulf every evening. It is about 900 m away from the center and the beaches (Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Peducelli, Pareti). It offers free of charge: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, bed and bath linens, crib, high chair, final cleaning. It is pleased to meet guests from around the world!

Casa Chiara Elba Island Naregno

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, the two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, have double beds, the bathroom complete with services, has a comfortable shower with glass. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days at the beach without having to use the car.

The villa is located a few tens of meters above the sea shore, completely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and fascinating villages of the Elbe, which in the evening is full of shops and clubs open until late, and is just over 2 km away.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
