Amazing stay! Great communication and a beautiful place!

Boligen matcher billederne og ligger i et hyggeligt, roligt og sikkert område af BA, tæt på offentlig trafik og med adskillige gode restauranter og butikker i nærheden. Maria Elisabeth var opsøgende i forhold til om vi manglede noget undervejs i vores ophold. Hun var også meget fleksibel i forhold til afhentning og aflevering af nøgle. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse og en super base til vores Buenos Aires ophold.

This apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything needed and plenty of towels and well appointed kitchen. Had a bottle of wine and tea/coffee ready for use when we got there. Francisco goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. The building is super quiet and safe, but my favorite thing was having my coffee on the balcony looking at the city.

The apartment was great! Josh and his assistant, Angela, were very communicative and made check in and check out very easy and accomodating. Plenty of great restaurant/ bar recommendations were also provided. Just as pictured, there was a great private upper deck, and a private balcony outside the main part of the apt. The living space and bedroom were very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect. A quiet section, but just a short walk to the many great restaurants and bars. It’s also near the subway/metro/subte for Palermo and makes it easy to venture to other neighborhoods. Everything was perfect and would definitely book again when in BA!

We had a great stay at Juan’s place. The neighborhood is fantastic with tons of great shopping, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The loft was a safe and secure location, and served as a great home base for us during our time in Buenos Aires.

La mejor experiencia que he tenido en Airbnb, sin duda. El depa está en una zona increíble, con todo cerca: cafés, tiendas, lugares lindos para pasear, y además súper bien conectado con buses, moverse es facilísimo. Por dentro es hermoso, impecable, cómodo y lleno de detalles que te hacen sentir mejor que en un hotel. Estuve durante Semana Santa y hasta me dejaron huevitos de Pascua, un gesto precioso que me hizo sentir como en casa. Pero lo más lindo de todo fue la calidez de Natalia y Martin. Son los mejores hosts que me han tocado: atentos, amorosos y siempre disponibles para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Se nota que hacen todo con mucho cariño. Les doy un 10000/10 y me quedaría mil veces más.

If you want to stay in the heart of Palermo this place is for you! Very convenient, hip location near tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. Right next to the bus and subway as well. Place was nice and modern and a great deal for the price. Hosts were extremely responsive and checked in on us. They also allowed us to store bags there for a delayed check out. Only thing is that there wasn’t extra towels for the hot tub and when we tried to turn the jets on a bunch of mosquitos came out and was very dirty. Other than that small thing, amazing place would definitely recommend!
