Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro grande bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina privata. House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
