The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Superb spacious and well-located villa with a great view! Awesome pool and tennis class Big tables for eating out There are enough sunbeds for everyone We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa It is just missing a large oven (there is a mini oven that troubleshoot well) and be careful the washing machine is in a residence next door and for a fee (€4 laundry detergent)

The villa is really a dream place, we were able to enjoy the house, the swimming pool and the hot tub and the breathtaking view and of course Tuscany, from the villa are Florence, Montepulciano, Siena etc within an hour to reach a car is necessary given the location of the villa. The villa has all the comforts and the communication with Brigitta is excellent, really our best holiday ever! We will definitely come back!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

House, location: right by the sea, fantastic views, spectacular sunsets, large house with special architecture offers plenty of space and privacy, ideal for a large family. Various garden terrace areas. Everything very well maintained and well equipped. Camilla is a very warm and competent host. We will be happy to come back!

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It felt like home from day one. The views are phenomenal; the garden is peaceful and fragrant. The kitchen is a delight to cook in. We walked into the beautiful village of Panzano multiple times (some hills which helped us burn off the pasta calories!). We didn’t want to leave.

A great place for a large group! Loved the outdoor space and view. A truly beautiful home. An overall great stay. Tentative manager. Pros: - Spacious house - Many rooms - Outdoor space - Games/kids supplies - Charging Adapters - Washer & Dryer - Many bathrooms Cons: - Not a self check-in. It was stressful coordinating with the manager while trying to travel and coordinate with our large group. - Hot tub wasn’t clear on how to heat and we would have loved to have it full and warm for arrival after a long travel day for us and the kids. - Downstairs bed was very firm. - We didn’t have enough dishwasher pods, toilet paper or paper towels for our group so we had to buy some. I feel that should be included.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Words cannot do Giacomo’s place justice - the views and home are even better than the photos. Giacomo and Louisa made communication so easy, even meeting us to take us up the hill to check in and show us the home. The house itself is stunning with clean spaces, comfortable beds and room for everyone! The views are unforgettable and we can’t wait to come visit again! If you have time to have Chef Niki come cook for you that would be our top recommendation - such a fun experience and delicious meal. We are already sad to leave!

Stefano’s villa was the perfect place for our large group. Exactly as it looked in the photos and super tidy. Stefano is a really professional and responsive host, who also helped so much with advice on the area. I strongly encourage and recommend you book. We will definitely return!

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Beautiful house in the vines surrounded by sumptuous hillsides in an incredible postcard setting. Perfect for gatherings for families or with friends. The location is ideal to radiate between Siena, Florence and Chianti or resting while enjoying the pool. Elisa, always attentive, is very responsive and will respond almost without delay.

Vittorio was very friendly and responsive. The property was as described and in a peaceful and private setting but with Lucca easily accessible. The accommodation is spacious and extremely clean and would be good for a large family gathering.

I don’t even know where to begin describing this place. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful and private villa with incredible views, then stop looking. This is it !! All of the reviews we read before we arrived talked about how amazing the views are and that you must take up the offer if Paola and Alessandro offer to cook a meal for you. Both recommendations are spot on. The sliced beef was one of the best meals I have ever had, and I often found myself wandering around outside the villa looking at the 360 degree views in all directions. We all felt so sad to leave this magic place. Paola and Alessandro were perfect hosts. Always friendly and with a smile on their faces. It’s a long way from Australia but I really hope we get an opportunity one day to return to this majestic place.

We had a truly excellent holiday cooking, playing tennis, and exploring nearby towns. Our hosts were very attentive via text and in person, and helped us plan all of the additional activities we wished. Our group would unanimously return, given the chance. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. Great property and in a great location with easy access to the centre of Florence. It was spacious and quiet and all was very efficient. Our host, Luana was absolutely fantastic and was so responsive, helpful and friendly - organising a special Chef cooked dinner at the property for our group as well as going above and beyond taking us shopping to get essential food. Simply fantastic and we are so grateful! We would recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you!
