Beachfront holiday rentals in Montecito

This was my wife and I’s second time staying at Elena’s place and we absolutely adored it as much as last time. She was very communicative and made check-in very easy. The unit it’s beautiful, clean and within a hundred feet from the sand on the beach. Can’t wait for the next time!

This property feels secluded and is quiet despite proximity to the highway. A gurgling fountain lulls you to sleep. While I never met Natty, check-in was smooth, she was easy to communicate with and left me delicious snacks and drinks.

This place has all you need. It's also near everything! Samuel was also very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to have a late check out, which was amazing since it was our first time in Santa Barbara! Best part, it's pet friendly . Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Shoreline was beautiful and in a great location. This is what an airbnb should be. The company that ran the rental is very proactive and great at responding. I would rent again.

This is such a cute place only steps from the beach. The hosts are very helpful and the house had everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to stay for a beach weekend!

A great place to relax and enjoy Santa Barbara! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach! Next time we hope to stay longer to explore more. SUPER comfy bed, I never sleep that well at home. Lynn was lovely and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Great location, one block from the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Nice remodeled unit and very clean. Complex is quiet and well kept.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This is a fantastic location. We “day camped” with friends who were staying in the state park. The apartment was located a walkable distance to the campgrounds. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. Well appointed and included all of the listed amenities. We had a small snafu at check in, but Chris (host) was easy to reach and more than helpful. He was very interested in me having the best experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely place! Beach vibe. Super location. We could walk to everything in town, shops restaurants etc. and just steps to the beach entrance.

We had a great stay. The host is so kind, helpful, and accommodating! We had two adults and four kids, and the home had plenty of space. The home sits right on the 101 freeway and a train track, which was the only downside. Out of the host’s control though!

Ghada’s place is beautiful!! Wow! Amazing views of the canals! Wonderful amenities… we really enjoyed the paddle boards and the spa! So close to the beach and harbor within 5 minutes! Great restaurants and coffee shops. The master bedroom is huge! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Our big family loved this really special home! Ghada is so nice and responds very quickly with anything you need!

David was very easy to work with an accommodating for an early check in. The house was clean upon arrival and steps from the beach. This is a perfect house for a small family get away.

Leah's place is beautifully situated near the beach, downtown and the Amtrak station. We arrived by train and did not have a car. The beach and restaurants in town all walkable! The cottage is comfortable and quiet. Leah is a very friendly and responsive host. We will certainly stay here when we come back to Carpenteria!

This house has a certain charm. There are many custom features such as stained glass doors and stained glass on windows, soaring ceilings, and skylights. The wood finishes in the kitchen and bath are very different. The colors were soothing. We enjoyed the decks during our stay. In the morning, the sunrise seen from the living room deck was glorious. The rooftop deck was fun. All in all, it was a unique stay and atmosphere. I must note that it is a VERY short walk to Mesa Lane Steps and the Douglas Family Preserve. Beach access from the steps is well worth the walk! We visited Goleta Beach Recreational Pier and the surrounding beach, with easy public access. FUN, FUN, FUN.

Absolutely loved our stay in Darren’s home. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. The backyard is also spacious and perfect for any pup! We also loved the community and that the house was walking distance to the town of Montecito!
