This is a large one bedroom house with a large kitchen, front room and bathroom. This is a great unit for one night stays or a week long adventure. It is a home away from home with all the necessities that you need to be comfortable. The yard has a BBQ area for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a neighborhood grocery store a half a block away. It is centrally located to all Monterey Peninsula events and popular visiting sites. Stay in our Carmel Rustic Cabin along with your dogs (see dog fee below) while shopping, visiting local wineries and restaurants or just walking your dog off-leash along Carmel's white sandy beach. Hidden in the woods, our rustic cabin is like a treehouse with all the amenities and minutes from downtown and the beaches. FYI the coast drive is now accessible between here and LA, but may be shut down during stormy weather, so be sure to follow local weather reports or just call Caltrans.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Cabana (ca-ba-na);a private retreat next to a pool

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Be greeted with the feeling of vacation at this wonderful seaside home with great city views. This cozy space is clean and bright. There is a guesthouse in the back, so the yard will be shared, and the driveway is available for Airbnb guests! The City of Seaside is charging a 12% tot taxes which Airbnb will collect from the guests!!
