Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

Comfortable one-story house by the sea, the beach is 300 meters from the house. Parking for 6 cars, air conditioning throughout the house. 15 x 6 meter pool (depth 140/160 cm) + children's area. All rooms with private bathroom, towels, sheets and pillows, well-equipped kitchen, gas and electric stove, gas barbecue, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, air fryer, freezer and cooler in the ranch. The 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy a private pool, spacious gardens, and all the amenities. Traveling with a larger group? You can rent 2 Petit Villas, and they have the option to connect internally, providing a capacity of up to 16 people.

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
