Simona's Accommodation

For your beach vacation in the center of Montesilvano, we offer an apartment located in a family villa. The accommodation is suitable for families on vacation looking for relaxation. Convenient for summer stays as it is located in the city center about 5 minutes from the sea, nearby you will find all the services, offices and shops you may need. On the road that runs along the villa there are free municipal parking spaces, on the beach the private parking space is available.

A refuge in the countryside

The tent we rent is new and very spacious, 4 ml in diameter. The pole in the center allows you to stand comfortably. It has a capacity of 4/5 single or 4 single mattresses with a square and a half ( Up to 140cm each). The interior is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the property, mattress + linen for 8 euros per day The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily tax of 2 euros.

Casapensiero

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
