Literally 50 steps from the beach, in front of a natural reserve pinewood, elegantly furnished for a stay full of comfort and well-being. From June to the half of September guests can always join our family first row mega umbrella (4 sunbeds) in the beach facility in front of the property and use our 2-seater kajak. Bicycles available. Guests from EVERY country welcome.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
