You can enjoy comfortable accommodation, a private garden, and a terrace for your outdoor meals.

Ideal for families and cyclists, located in a quiet residential area, it offers a large, enclosed garden of 1,500 m², perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity. You can also enjoy a terrace with a pergola for meals in the shade. The spacious and well-laid-out house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, equipped with ceiling fans, and an air-conditioned master suite on the first floor, with a bathroom and WC.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

In the heart of Provence, in Monteux, close to the Spirou and Wave Island parks, Avignon and its festival. 2-room, 45 m², very bright, all comforts, living room/kitchen with new 160 cm sofa bed, bedroom, 180 cm and 90 cm beds, large 18 m² terrace, plancha available, 9 x 4 m swimming pool, very quiet. The swimming pool is not to be shared; you have priority at all times. We take the opportunity to carry out maintenance while you are visiting our beautiful region.

It is also forbidden to use this place for parties, I attach a lot of importance to this.
