Comfortable 40 m² independent 2-room apartment, with terrace and petanque court, located in villa and pine forest on the edge of the forest, all 20 minutes from the beaches, airport and TGV stations. The apartment is located in a discreet location, in a cul-de-sac, with parking spaces and close to a shopping area (supermarket, fast food, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and laundromat). Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.

The large glass window will allow you to easily access the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier is 5 km away, the center 8 km, the tram at station L 5. Clapiers is 5 minutes by car, bus 23 in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.
