C’est un appartement de 117m², comme une maison, avec jardin privatif de 80m², typiquement Parisien, trés lumineux, bien situé , dans une avenue arborée et très proche de commerces, marchés, restaurants, visites et que ses propriétaires quittent pour tout l'été. Une résidence à la décoration raffinée mêlant le contemporain et l'ancien et aménagée pour 4 personnes bénéficiant de beaucoup d'espace . En revanche il n'est pas trés adapté aux jeunes enfants, objets fragiles, marches pour le jardin.
