L'Arcade Douce

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

Bienvenue dans mon petit havre de créativité! Très tranquille, aucun voisin sur le côté, j’habite juste en dessous et serai là pour vous assister au besoin. Cuisine et salle de bain rénovées . Air climatisé. Lit king , terrasse privé idéal pour vos petits soupers/déjeuners au soleil, à 5 min à pied du métro, pharmacie et épicerie. À 30 min en métro du centre-ville . Au plaisir!
