Holiday rentals in Monument

This is a great place to stay. Host is very responsive and flexible. The scenery was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore this area.

My travel partner took care of check in and transferring our belongings from car to rooms while I was elsewhere. The host family helped! The wooded path from parking to door was typical for a wooded path, that is, a little bumpy and unlighted for my arrival after dark.

We stayed for a nearby wedding and the house was so beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay and Ashley was very nice and accommodating to our schedule.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we were so glad we found such an amazing property! The house was perfect for the 2 of us and felt like home. Jonah and Stefanie were amazing hosts. Hope to come back and stay here again!

This is the second time I have had my parents stay at Cutthroat Cove during a large family gathering. Not only is it close to our home but is perfect for them and they love the space! Very comfortable, homey and inviting. We so appreciate such a great place close to our home and feel very welcome by Mary!

We feel right at home at Christe's. It's a small cozy apartment with its own entrance. It's clean and has everything we need.

Andy was super responsive from the beginning, transparent with pet fees and checked in with us upon arrival via the app. Beautiful place on a of couple acres; felt very private and cozy. Looks just like the photos in person and with the three of us and two dogs felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Andy to my friends and family. Location was easy to find, and instructions for check-in were correct and simple. 5 Minutes from a brand new Marketplace style grocery chain and gas, 10 minutes from many amenities/food and shopping and 20 minutes from downtown. One note: the only way inside is up stairs on the second floor. This was not an issue for us, but I could conceive of a situation that information may matter more than it did for us.

Clean and easy, great views around the neighborhood made walking the dog less of a chore

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Chris and his wife were so kind and welcoming. The classic felt very private despite its proximity to other buildings on the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The place is thoughtfully decorated and felt so cozy and special.
