Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. Our home is located in a quiet street in East Tamworth and has just been completely renovated to provide a modern, stylish and comfortable retreat. Four generous bedrooms, all with built in robes, accommodate 2 guests each with 3 Queen and 1 Double bed. The master has a walk in robe with en-suite. There is a large lounge room as well as a second sitting room and a separate dining area. There is also a large undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and off street undercover parking for 2 cars.

The Cottage, one of Tamworth’s original railway cottages, is set up to meet all your needs.. The cottage does now have wifi and you are welcome to use it. We are happy to help you out if you need anything else extra. It is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and you can park off the street here.

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, kangaroos, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have a young blue heeler, Evie, on the property
