Holiday rentals with a patio in Moorpark

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at Mary’s place in LA! The home was clean, stylish, and in a perfect location for exploring the city. Mary was a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Nice place. Unit has everything you need. Small driveway, definitely not for SUVs. Would definitely stay again!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

My best friend and I stayed at Michael's place for a girls trip. The place met and exceeded all expectations. A safe, private location and a short Uber ride to tons of attractions, restaurants and shops. It totally felt like home. Michael was also very easy to communicate with, almost like talking to a friend. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the next time I'm in L.A., I'll be sure to reserve a stay at his BNB.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

My stay was fantastic! Irina was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The house is located just up the hill from the Whisky a Go Go. I would highly recommend staying here if you're attending a show at the Whisky, Roxy, or other places nearby. Very close to the Rainbow Bar and Grill too. I felt like I was living my '80s glam metal dream during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Posh's place, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable home away from home. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and access to motorways yet far enough to be peaceful. This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.
