Cosy light and silent 3-room Apartment with 40 m²

The flat is near of Eggelsberg (5 min) and 15 min away from Mattighofen (KTM). Beautiful Mattsee and Seeham are reachable within 20 min. You can reach Salzburg via the Lokalbahn within 1 hour. The flat is at a very silent and beautiful place, where you can perfectly relax. Thank to the separate kitchen you can cook your own meals and eat at the balcony. Although it is only 40 min away from Salzburg, you are very close to many attractions and it offers a very positive price-value relation.

The Mozart city of Salzburg is only 25 km away and can be easily reached (only a 12-minute walk to the train station with P&R parking) by local train. A beautiful garden and two balconies upstairs invite you to relax and grill.
