Year round waterfront home right on Moosehead located in Rockwood Maine. Swim, boat, snowmobile, fish and ice fish right from the property. This home is in an exclusive association accessed down 18 miles of well maintained dirt roads. Has a large yard & boat launch area with a dock. The perfect family trip for wildlife, kayaking, rafting, fishing, bird watching swimming and sitting by the fire. Home is off grid but has solar with auto generator power to provide all the amenities including WIFI.

New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery.
