Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Penthouse apartment overlooking Thames St. and the Harbor w/ a huge deck. Please take notice this a third floor apartment. Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Totally Unique House for rent

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

Spacious, coastal suite with private entrance, bath and off-street parking. (one of- street space only. We do not have room for another vehicle to park in driveway.) Located just one block from world-famous Bellevue Avenue. Short walk to beaches, mansions, 20-25 minute walk to downtown, 10 minute bike ride or 5 to 10 min drive or Uber. Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
