Built in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Szekszárd wine region, our family semi-detached house awaits you and your friends with a huge garden, vines and forests. The neighborhood creates the opportunity to visit your favorite Hungarian wineries, hike, hike, sled in the dunes in the winter or retreat to the warmth of the fireplace, immerse yourself in your work, cook, play, read. Our small holiday home “Cottage Small but Fine” is right in the center of the village, so there are many requirements within 150 meters such as: playground, Kulturház, post office and a supermarket. The Danube is located less than 750 meters from the cottage. Wonderfully central and equipped with all the comforts! The “Cottage Small but Fine” has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. We tried to create an atmospheric ambiance, which we think we did succeed!

KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the vacation atmosphere and yet also have all the comfort you need. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sun beds, a hammock and a badminton court.
