Our 60 m2 studio is located in the Adelfas neighbourhood, in the Retiro district of Madrid, about 30 minutes from the city centre by public transport. The flat is bright and has a small balcony where you can enjoy sunny breakfasts and relaxing moments. We are between Puente de Vallecas (350 m) and Pacífico (450 m) metro stops. Pacífico (450 m): ideal for visiting Madrid. Besides, the Retiro Park is only 20 minutes walking distance away! For 2 guests, here you will have an unbeatable stay.

In case you come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the area. The area is calm and quiet with large green areas. Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
