Superb 4-bedroom floor with built-in closets and two newly renovated bathrooms, office kitchen, lounge, and terrace ideal for large families with good downtown access. Air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster. Disabled facilities, lift. The apartment is in the residential neighborhood of Moratalaz. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express Supermarket across the street. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. There is also a taxi stand at the door of the building. The Vinateros metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park 5 minutes walk away.

The master bedroom has everything you need for long stays, and the small one has enough for one person, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is small but functional (newly renovated) and has everything you need. Although it says that it is for 5 people due to the sofa bed in the living room, the ideal is three people

Apartment in Moratalaz Area

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport. We hope you enjoy your trip to Madrid staying our accommodation! :)
