My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Public transport stop and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor, a cozy bedroom with an el. fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without a lift .. In the summer season, there is the possibility of renting a hot tub on the terrace for 👍 990 CZK (first day) and 490 CZK for the following days

Humno

Humno is a wooden building in a loft design. Authentic wooden walls and beams are complemented by a distinctive architectural element, the "cube", which is a perfect symbol of modernity. On the left is a kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher and oven. On the right, there is a bathroom with a toilet. The center of the cube is designed as a mini office with a bed and a bedroom was created on top, which is also a transition to a relaxing, climbing net at a height of 3.5 m. Outside, a large terrace was created, in which a heating tub is also embedded.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
